Acumatica Vs Open ERP Wich Is Best Choice?

After making some reports about the need to implement in the company XYZ a proprietary ERP software, or opt for an open source solution and alternatives in your SaaS deployment model, and various other related solutions ERP II type oriented to know the functionality required by XYZ, we want to analyze other important issues in order to reach a conclusion on the ERP of free software to choose.
